Your health insurance personal account or app. Whichever health insurance plan you have, that insurer has a consumer facing account website. by signing up for access, you can often see claims records, coverage limits, premium payment records, and explanations of benefits. By downloading an app if they have one, you can also find Urgent Care and ER that are in network. links for the most common insurers are shown below.

MyChart. This is a very useful website that can accumulate your records from different doctors and pharmacies into one place. If you have not used it before, you may need to call your doctor’s office and request access. they will email you a link to sign in to your account.

Pharmacy accounts. CVS, Walgreens, and other pharmacies will give you access to your prescription records and refill requests on both their websites and their apps.

Medicare.gov. If you have a Medicare part D drug plan, then your prescriptions and the pricing for each is available online at Medicare.gov. By signing up for an account on their website, you can check to see that you are on the best plan for your drug list, and that you are paying the lowest price available.
